Fits standard door frame. Chin-up and sit-up mounting brackets included. Helps develop upper body strength and ab muscles. Assembly and mounting instructions included. It works fine once you get it installed, though I've only used it for sit-ups so far. There are 4 brackets (metal cup things) that you have to screw into a door-frame---2 low, 2 high, so you can switch from sit-ups to chin-ups. The foam doesn't slide easily, but if you try hard enough you can get it to move. I recommend using a hammer to start the screws, then a phillips-head screwdriver (the + one) to finish putting the screws in. There are 3 screws per cup, plus washers. It is kind of a lot to do just to install a bar, but when you're done at least it's there and it works. Make use of it =)
